Full Pizza | Our Story

Handmade pizza with a little Latin soul
Full Pizza is a Weston original — founded by a Colombian couple who set out to make handmade pizza with the warmth of a Latin American kitchen behind it.
The family behind the counter
Mr. Jhamer and his wife built Full Pizza from the ground up in Weston, Florida — and they're still here every day, making it run. This is their kitchen, and every pie that comes out of it reflects that.
The item that started the conversation
Sweet plantains baked in the oven, topped with melted mozzarella — nothing else like it in Weston. That sweet-and-savory combination is what turns first-timers into regulars.
Two traditions, one menu
Alongside classic handmade pies, you'll find the Pabellón Calzone stuffed with carne mechada and maduro, and a cooler stocked with Colombiana, Inca Kola, and Pony Malta — a menu that reflects exactly where the family is from.
Weston's spot for gathering
From sponsoring the Latinos in Action program at Cypress Bay High School to feeding family tables across Weston, Full Pizza has become part of the neighborhood — not just a place to eat, but one that shows up.
Fresh dough, every single day
Every pizza starts with dough made by hand and premium mozzarella — no shortcuts, no compromises. It's what keeps people coming back.
